THE WISE WARRIOR:
YOGA FOR STRENGTH AND VITALITY IN MIDLIFE AND BEYOND

JANUARY 25-FEBRUARY 1, 2025
FEBRUARY 1 - 8, 2025

SAYULITA, MEXICO

Come experience a week of joy and connection in Sayulita, Mexico! This seven-day retreat gives you a beautiful place to connect with nature as you reconnect with yourself through movement and breath, effort and relaxation, playtime and journaling. And from past retreats it’s clear: this is a wonderful place to make new friends and find a sense of community, whether you come as a single or with a friend or partner.

Yoga instructor Kate Harding focuses on building strength, balance and mobility in the body – qualities that will help us remain vital as we move through life. Kate provides loads of support and encouragement for all levels and ages. Many first-time yogis have become faithful practitioners with her guidance, while experienced yogis find plenty of challenge and opportunity to deepen their practice. With a focus on self-care and self-awareness, Kate meets you exactly where you are, and helps you move forward one breath at a time.

Throughout the week there will be plenty of free time for you to explore the beach, go whale-watching, take SUP lessons, visit the quaint town of Sayulita, unwind by the pool, or simply laze in a hammock after a relaxing spa treatment. The Haramara Resort is truly eco-friendly: meals are made with fresh, local and organic ingredients, and most of the luxurious rooms have no electricity, are lit by oil lamps, have open-air showers, and allow you the true luxury of living in harmony with nature. This retreat is open to all levels, and beginners are warmly welcomed. Please note that Haramara is built on a jungle hillside with dirt paths and stairs so please reach out for details if you have questions about accessibility.

ECO LUXURY

WOMEN'S SHARED CASITA

I cannot imagine a more perfect week than the one I spent with 14 others at Kate Harding’s yoga retreat in Haramara.  The people, the setting, the cuisine, the locale were all divine.  But what made it perfect was the twice a day yoga practice and spiritual experience which Kate orchestrated with grace, humor, and professionalism.  I cannot wait to return to such a place of serenity and love in the near future,
